“May you never be too grown up to search the skies on Christmas Eve”

Christmas mini sessions are  the perfect way to get a selection of gorgeous Christmas-themed portraits of your little ones which make perfect gifts for friends & family. You can customise the session to suit, so whether you prefer a contemporary white background or an exciting sleigh ride it’s up to you.

Sessions last up to 30 minutes and around 7 days after the session, you will be given access to your own online gallery containing around 10-15 edited images. This is your chance to pick your favourites. Cards, prints and photo gifts are available to purchase after the session. Sessions usually take place at my home studio in Airdrie however get in touch if you would prefer a location shoot or to hold the shoot in your home.

Holding your own event?

I have a full mobile studio set which means I can come to you or even set up a mini studio at your Christmas fair, event or party. Get in touch to find out more.

All Christmas mini sessions are tailored to you.

Prior to your session, we will discuss any styles, colours or specific ideas you might have. You can opt for a traditional photoshoot where you dress up in Christmas outfits or opt for something with a little bit of Christmas magic. I have a range of different scenes to choose from and you  can use the notes section on the booking form, send me an e-mail or give me call to let me know what style of images you are aiming for.

Custom scenes

If you have something different in mind then let me know. I’m a graphic designer as well and therefore the only limit is your imagination.

Spaces fill up quickly so book early to secure your session.

Sessions last around 30 minutes and can either be just for children or include parents as well. I can even include the family pet provided you give me notice in advance.

When it comes to outfits, this is of course your choice however there are a couple of things which I think work well. The cosy images look great with nice bright colours, Christmas jumpers and maybe even a Santa hat. The darker scenes such as the ones posed at the window work better with muted colours such as greys / creams (but any outfit will work).

If you are choosing a scene which is set outside then it can look better with a warm jacket or jumper and maybe even a woolly hat.You might even want to bring along some props to be included.

Stunning range of frames, wall art and albums which will help you show off your finished artwork.

After your session I will get to work curating and editing the best images to show you. You will then be invited back to the studio for a cinematic viewing experience where you will get to see every little detail from the day on the big screen. Once you’ve chosen your favourite images, I can help to chat you through the options you have for displaying your final artwork. You can choose digital images which you can then print yourself or select from my range of beautiful frames, wall art and photo gifts. Whether it’s timeless frames or contemporary wall art, there are styles to suit everyone.
